Programs

Structured support for
the first year of managing.

Two program tracks designed around where you are in your management journey. Both are cohort-based, weekly, and grounded in real situations.

How Programs Are Structured

Two tracks. One approach. Designed for where you actually are.

Both program tracks follow the same foundational structure: weekly sessions, cohorts of 8 to 10, and a focus on situations participants bring from their current week. The difference lies in duration and depth, allowing participants to choose the level of engagement that fits their situation.

For Organizations

Supporting multiple managers at once.

Organizations promoting several employees into management roles in the same period can benefit from a dedicated cohort. A group of your new managers moving through the program together builds shared language, peer relationships across teams, and a consistent foundation for how leadership is practiced in your organization.

Organizational cohorts follow the same structure as open enrollment cohorts. Sessions are facilitated, not customized to your company culture, which preserves the candor that makes peer learning effective.

Learn About Organizational Cohorts
Common Questions

Things people typically ask before joining.

How are cohorts formed?

Cohorts are assembled with attention to career stage and professional context. Participants are all in their first management role, typically within the past 18 months. We aim for a mix of industries and organizational contexts, which enriches the peer learning dynamic.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens. Participants who miss a session receive session notes and can connect with the peer group channel. Consistent attendance is encouraged because the group dynamic builds over time, but a missed session doesn't disqualify you from the program.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?

Both formats are available depending on cohort composition. In-person sessions are held at our Atlanta location. Virtual cohorts are conducted via video conference with equivalent structure and facilitation quality.

Can I join if I've been managing for more than 18 months?

The program is designed for the first-time management experience. If you're past that initial window but still navigating the same transition challenges, reach out and we can discuss whether a cohort would be a good fit for where you are.
